I had Alex help me through this process of bundling my home and auto insurance. She matched me with very good options. I had a lot of scepticism surrounding the policies due to the jargon of the insurance world. I threw a lot of questions at Alex and she really did her best to explain the policies to me in detail and made me feel sure that my bases were covered. She even called the companies to confirm and get further clarification for my questions. I'm kind of in awe at the rate and quality of coverage she was able to get me. My insurance experience has not always been the greatest. Mostly for faults of my own of which I have definitely paid the price for. I brought a very unusual type of insurance policy that I needed to Alex Shortridge . Other insurance companies just said no can not do. ALEX went out of her way to get what I needed.

I sent an email to whom I thought was the agent handling my account this morning. I received a call back message saying the agent was no longer with the company, please remove her name, and call back to the office. When I did, the call bounced around until I received an automatic message requesting I leave my number and I would receive a call back after agents had finished with other clients. I waited by the phone and did receive a call, but they hung up. Now it is a few hours later, and still no return call or an email. At first I gave a one star rating for the poor customer service. The company may be located in a small town, but the service is big town business. The next day I was very surprised to receive a call apologizing for the mix up and my issue was resolved quickly. I changed my rating to four stars; "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."

I have just purchased new car insurance for a used vehicle "gifted" to me by a family member. After a quick online search and application last night I have had the pleasure today of dealing with representative Alex Shortridge on the phone. This turned out to be a very efficient and speedy process and ultimately produced a very cost effective solution using the new approach of a base fixed policy rate then a variable rate for each 1,000 km actually driven. This is perfect for a second car that will have very limited local usage as a back-up for my primary vehicle for which I am the only driver. Alex was well prepared, knew her stuff and was a fountain of relevant information that made the process very helpful. Top marks to this articulate, polite, patient and ultimately successful guide to obtaining my new policy.
